As an Administrative Assistant, you will support clients and colleagues in an international environment: by guiding relocation agents and owners, you can help expats and eurocrats find a worry-free rental.

- Drafting rental contracts, registering, follow-ups and updates;
- Adding new properties to the offer;
- Preparing cleaning schedules and reporting to rental partners or flat owners;
- Entering data and notes, and writing reports
Besides providing administrative support, you will warmly communicate with our clients and contribute to administrative numerical work.

As an Administrative Assistant, you are excited to take charge and solve problems. You can use your higher education and (if applicable) prior work experience to do so. At the same time, you can switch between Dutch, French and English effortlessly – communicating in all three languages with ease is a must.
