Property Manager 

By offering innovative urban-living concepts and stylish, energy-efficient new build flats, we shape sustainable life in centre cities. Our personal, 360° service is what makes renting and letting completely carefree. At the moment, we are looking for a Property Manager (m/f/x) who takes control of the technical and administrative management of our flats, so they are always in top shape. You will be supported by an administrative assistant to manage the communication with our owners and international renters.  

You will be our property management cornerstone
and have the following responsibilities:   

• You take charge of our maintenance department for buildings 
• You coordinate daily management to solve technical problems at our flats for rent 
• You hire maintenance firms and provide upkeep schedules for the private parts of the buildings we manage 
• You are responsible for the renovation of our flats (that are up for rent) and renting them out sustainably 
• You get to know every technical aspect of our buildings and flats 
• You schedule every maintenance job 
• You make sure that necessary maintenance and repairs are carried out and keep an eye on things. To do so, you can rely on one or more technicians/handypeople 
• You follow up on insurance claims 

Which skills do you bring to the table? 

• You were technically trained (e.g. architecture or engineering) 
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience 
• You excel at planning 
• You effortlessly analyse technical and structural matters 
• You are an organisational wizard 

• You are good at negotiating and not afraid to make decisions 
• You speak Dutch perfectly. Knowing some French or English is a bonus.
