We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing our real estate portfolio, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Management of Real Estate Portfolio: Oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of properties to maintain high standards and client satisfaction.
  • Customer Care Technical Department: Act as point of contact for tenants, property owners, and suppliers to address technical concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Mailbox Management: Handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and promptness.
  • Damage Reporting and Follow-Up: Review and ensure quality control of damage reports during the exit survey process, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through.
  • Supervision of Cleaning Teams: Oversee the performance of cleaning crews to ensure high standards of cleanliness and timely execution of tasks.
  • Technical Support: Provide support for TV, Wi-Fi, and internet services, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Back-up Inventory Management & Logistics: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available and replenished as needed.
  • Back-Up Planning: Assist in coordinating schedules for handymen and subcontractors, ensuring coverage and adherence to deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Office365 (Outlook, Teams, Adobe).
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or French is essential, with additional languages (such as English) considered a valuable asset.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
