All-round Technician
RentMore is the number one supplier of energy-efficient new build flats in Brussels. Our in-house technical service keeps our properties in top shape. At the moment, we’re looking for an all-round technician (m/f/x) to make our team even stronger. Are you handy, customer-focused and motivated to handle all sorts of “handyman jobs”? Then we have just the job for you!
You keep all our flats up to date
We like to pamper our international customers. We support them in every aspect of renting and letting, so they don’t need to worry about anything. Technical difficulties or a small repair in their flat? As an all-round technician, you make sure this is quickly dealt with. Here are some of your responsibilities:
- Replacing light bulbs
- Fixing leaky taps
- Small paint jobs/retouches
- Unclogging sinks or drains
- Replacing light switches
- …
Are you our handy Harry (or Harriett)?
As an all-round technician, you like to take action and you have a broad understanding of the work a home requires: plumbing, repairs, painting, etc.
Knowledge of electricity comes in handy but is not a must. You like to work on location, enjoy interacting with customers and are proactive when you see anything that needs fixing. You have a driver’s licence B, speak French and/or Dutch and know some English (but the latter isn’t a requirement).
