About VISIONAPARTMENTS
Founded in Switzerland in 1999, VISIONAPARTMENTS specializes in developing and renting premium furnished apartments with service and style. The company offers over 1’800 tailored temporary living solutions, focusing on the German-speaking countries. On the global level, VISIONAPARTMENTS cooperates with carefully selected partner companies in key business locations. This world-encompassing network of serviced apartments currently includes almost 130.000 accommodations in over 800 cities.
VISIONAPARTMENTS history
In 1999, the future founder of VISIONAPARTMENTS, Anja Graf, was leading her own model agency. It was exactly this industry that inspired her to start a business with serviced apartments for rent. She needed affordable, fully-furnished flats for temporary accommodation for her models – and those were extremely rare. Therefore she started renting and furnishing flats on her own. When companies from other sectors expressed interest in her offer, VISIONAPARTMENTS was born, with first collection of apartments in the heart of Zurich.
The company grew steadily and in 2009 expanded internationally. Now, VISIONAPARTMENTS owns over 1.800 apartments in 10 European cities, located in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Poland and Spain. The company opened support centers in Warsaw, Poland and Bucharest, Romania.
With the acquisition and subsequent renovation of the 19th century Hôtel de Famille in Vevey, Switzerland, VISIONAPARTMENTS expanded its business into the hotel sector, offering stylish units with a shared kitchen for the tenants.
Due to her entrepreneurial flair and proven track record, in 2019 Anja Graf joined TV24’s “Die Höhle der Löwen Schweiz”, the Swiss version of the start-up show as one of the five lions.

All VISIONAPARTMENTS accommodations are distinguished by flexible living solutions, affordable prices and location in the heart of their respective cities. The VISIONAPARTMENTS own design team creates furnishing styles that clearly communicate the unique atmosphere of the company’s interiors.
The furniture and home accessories used by VISIONAPARTMENTS are also available for purchase, both in the company’s showrooms and online. Complete room packages (living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) put together by our interior design team can be ordered too.
VISIONAPARTMENTS services
A variety of additional facilities is available to tenants depending on the location. They can work in shared offices available 24/7 and use the conference rooms. There are VIP lounges and fitness/wellness areas to relax.
All tenants have access to broadband WiFi connection and satellite TV. Once per week cleaning with change of bed linen and towels are included in rent for longer stays. The laundry rooms provide the tenants with washing machines and tumblers free of charge. For an extra charge and depending on the availability, a number of additional services, such as laundry, extra cleaning, supplementary equipment or parking spaces can be arranged.
